NOTICE TO PROPOSERS RFP 2026-02 Installation of Pre-Purchased Backup Power Generators NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Rockland Green is seeking proposals for the installation of two (2) pre-purchased 60 kW stationary electrical generators and automatic transfer switches and one (1) pre-purchased 70 kW trailer mounted electrical generator and manual transfer switch, including modified electrical services, at the Hillburn Municipal Solid Waste Transfer Station located at 50 Baler Boulevard, Hillburn, NY 10931; the Bowline Municipal Solid Waste Transfer Station located at 200 Beach Road, West Haverstraw, NY 10993; and, the Hillburn Scale House located at 250 Torne Valley Road, Hillburn, NY 10931. The Request for Proposal ("RFP") document # RFP 2026-02 may be obtained from the offices of Rockland Green located at 166 S. Route 303, West Nyack, NY 10994 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays, on or after February 24, 2026. A pre-proposal meeting and site visit is scheduled for March 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM beginning at the Hillburn Transfer Station. Attendance is mandatory. Sealed proposals will be received by Rockland Green until March 31, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time, in the offices of Rockland Green, located at 166 S. Route 303, West Nyack, NY 10994. All proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and shall be plainly marked on the outside with the statement "RFP 2026-02" with the Proposer's name and the title of the RFP. The attention of the Proposers is directed to the applicable federal, state, and local law requirements and to the "Affidavit of Non-Collusion" in the proposal forms.
