NOTICE TO PROPOSERS The Byram Hills Central School District hereby invites the submission of proposals for the following: RFP Number: 26/27 - 03 PROVISION OF REAL ESTATE LEGAL SERVICES Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the following information on the outside: RFP # and Title: RFP # 26/27 - 03 (Real Estate Legal Services) Due Date: May 11, 2026 12:00 PM Proposer's Name: ____________________ Proposer's Address: __________________ RFPs will be received until 12:00 P.M. on May 11, 2026, by the Purchasing Agent (or her duly designated representative), Byram Hills Central School District, Business Office, 10 Tripp Lane, Armonk, NY 10504. Specifications and RFP documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Agent by sending an email to ksherwood@byramhills.net on or after April 22, 2026 at 9AM. The Byram Hills Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities in the proposals, or to reject all proposals, or to not accept any proposal which in the opinion of the Board will not be in the Board's best interest.
