The proposed program would involve eliminating lead paint hazards in housing serving low-income families and associated minor rehabilitation on residential properties within the entire State of Vermont. The target area(s) contains floodplains and project sites could be located within Flood Zones A, AO, AH, A1-A30, A99, V and V1-V30 as designated by the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps. PROJECT: Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Grant Program VTLHB0814-25 HUD Award -$5,000,000.00 Period of Performance – March 16, 2026 to March 16, 2030 PURPOSE: to perform lead-based paint hazard reduction through interim controls or hazard abatement of existing residential units LOCATION: See target area description above.
