NOTICE TO PUBLIC
Take notice that Mr. Prasad Ramesh Dandekar has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of South Brunswick for approval of a balk variance for 12 ft. x 24 ft. shed, 11 ft from the side yard property line and 13 ft. from the rear property line on 0.43 acre lot in the R-3 zone on property shown as Block 321 Lot 11 on the South Brunswick Township current tax map duplicate. Said property is also commonly known as 16 Hawthorne Rd. Kendall Park, NJ 08824.
A hearing on said application will be held by the Zoning Board of Adjustment on July 16th, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 540 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey 08852, at which time any interested person may be heard concerning said application.
A copy of the maps and documents for which approval is sought is on file in the office of the above Board for public inspection during regular business hours (8:30 AM -4:30 PM) Monday through Friday, except holidays.
