The Guardian states: The Guardian was granted permanent guardianship over an incapacitated adult on March 5, 2025. As part of the guardianship estate, the real property and home needs to be sold at a price and with terms most adavantageous to the estate. The sale of the real estate is required to preserve the value of the guardianship estate.
