NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Lafayette School Corporation, Tippecanoe County, Indiana, that the Board of School Trustees of the Lafayette School Corporation, as proper legal officers, will consider the following additional appropriations for the current year (2025) at their regular meeting at Hiatt Education Center, 2300 Cason Street, Lafayette, IN 47904, at 7:00 PM, on the 10th day of November, 2025. Fund Name: Education Fund TOTAL for Education Fund: $ 725,000 Fund Name: Operations Fund TOTAL for Operations Fund: $ 250,000 Fund Name: Rainy Day Fund TOTAL for Rainy Day Fund: $ 500,000 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (the Department). The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
