NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the City of Lawrence, Marion County, Indiana that the proper legal officers will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year at the City Council regular meeting place at 9001 E 59th street, Public Assembly Room, at 6:30 P.M, on the 17th day of December, 2025 FUND NAME GENERAL FUND Major Budget Classification: 410 Personal Services $4,367,800.00 420 Supplies $1,200.00 430 Other Services & Charges $131,000.00 Total for General Fund $4,500,000.00 FUND NAME CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT Major Budget Classification: 430 Other Services & Charges $198,000.00 Total for Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund $198,000.00 FUND NAME EMERGENCY MEDICAL EMERGENCY FUND Major Budget Classification: 410 Personal Services $297,000.00 430 Other Services & Charges $16,000.00 Total for Emergency Medical Emergency Fund $313,000.00 FUND NAME ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FUND Major Budget Classification: 430 Other Services & Charges $378,000.00 Total for Administrative Services Fund $378,000.00 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
