NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF THE CONSOLIDATED CITY OF
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA OF THE DECISION TO ISSUE BONDS
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-5(a) to the taxpayers of the Consolidated City of Indianapolis, Indiana, as such term is defined in Indiana Code 36-3-1-4 (the "City"), that the City-County Council of the City of Indianapolis and of Marion County, Indiana, did, on September 8, 2025, adopt an ordinancedetermining to issue general obligation bonds of the City payable from a tax to be levied upon all of the taxable property located within the City, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($8,500,000), for the purpose of procuring funds to pay for the cost of the acquisition, design, planning, enabling work, site-work, construction, installation, equipping and/or financing of all or a portion of the costs of a new fire station for Ladder 33, together with necessary appurtenances, related improvements and equipment, including all expenses incurred in connection with or on account of the issuance of the bonds therefor.
