NOTICE TO THE CREDITORS OF AND CLAIMANTS AGAINST HONORING CHOICES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by HONORING CHOICES, that: The corporation, known as Honoring Choices is in the process of voluntary dissolution pursuant to Section 317A.721, Minnesota Statutes. The corporation has filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State and the Minnesota Attorney General a notice of intent to dissolve. Said notice was filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State on October 23, 2025 and is in the process of also being provided to the Minnesota Attorney General as required by law. All claims by creditors or claimants must be in writing and must be filed with Jerry McCarter, President Honoring Choices, 619 West St. Germain, Suite 216, Saint Cloud, MN 56301.All claims by creditors or claimants must be received by February 13, 2026. Any creditor or claimant who fails to file a claim on or before February 13 2026, and all those claiming through or under the creditor or claimant are forever barred from suing on that claim or otherwise realizing upon or enforcing it except as otherwise provided in Section 317A.781, Minnesota Statutes.
