NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that there will be heard before Judge Haggard of the Superior Court of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia in Courtroom 326 at 325 East Washington Street, Athens, Georgia 30601 on the 26th day of May, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., the case of the State of Georgia vs. Development Authority of the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia and UGAREF Central Precinct, LLC, Civil Action No. SU26BN0001-H in the Superior Court of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, the same being a proceeding to confirm and validate an issue of the Development Authority of the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia Refunding Revenue Bonds (University of Georgia Project – UGAREF Central Precinct, LLC), Series 2026 in one or more series and in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $20,000,000 (the "Bonds"), and the security therefor. The Bonds are to be issued to refinance the acquisition, construction and equipping of a student center expansion and parking facilities added to the facility known as the Tate Student Center located on the campus of the University of Georgia (the "University") in Athens-Clarke County, Georgia (the "Project") for use by the University, and pay costs of issuance related to the Bonds. Any resident of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, or any other person wherever residing who has a right to object, may intervene and become a party to these proceedings. The Development Authority of the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia will not conduct any performance audit or performance review (as such terms are described in Section 36-82-100, Official Code of Georgia Annotated) with respect to the Bonds or the Project.
