NOTICE TO UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF DISSOLUTION OF ANCHOR IMPACT FUND, INC. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated Section 48-64-108, that ANCHOR IMPACT FUND, INC., a Tennessee public benefit corporation ("Company") duly formed and organized under the Tennessee Nonprofit Corporations Act ("Act"), has been dissolved in accordance with the Act. Articles of Dissolution have been filed with the Secretary of State, as required by the Act. A claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this notice.
