NOTICE TO UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF DISSOLU­TION OF ANCHOR IMPACT, INC. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of Tennessee Code Anno­tated Section 48-24-107, that ANCHOR IMPACT, INC., a Tennessee corporation ("Company") duly formed and organized under the Tennessee Business Corporations Act ("Act"), has been dissolved in accordance with the Act. Articles of Dissolution have been filed with the Secretary of State, as required by the Act. A claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this notice.
