NOTICE TO UNKNOWN HEIRS NOTICE TO UNKNOWN HEIRS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL JEFFREY MCCABE, DECEASED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action shall be commenced in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County, Chancery Division, Probate Part by Faith McCabe, Administrator of the Estate of Michael Jeffrey McCabe, Deceased, for an Order of Distribution of the Intestate Estate. Decedent, Michael Jeffrey McCabe, died on 04/30/2025. At the time of his death, the deceased was 59 years of age. Prior to his death, the decedent was a resident at 686 Amwell Road, Hillsborough Township, Somerset County, New Jersey. The Decedent was born on 08/14/1966 in New Jersey. He was not married. To the best of her knowledge and belief, the Administrator of his estate is not aware of any other surviving heir who may be entitled to his estate. Faith McCabe, the Administrator of the Estate of Michael Jeffrey McCabe, now resides at 314 Gettysburg Road, Littlestown, PA 17340.
