NOTICE TO VENDORS Sealed solicitations will be received by the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) on behalf of its 31 State Member Agencies and Region 16 ESC/TexBuy until: 1:30 p.m. ET, February 12, 2026 Solicitations: 026.5-A Industrial Arts and Career & Tech Supplies and 026.5-B Institutional Kitchen Equipment. All responses shall be submitted online via Euna Procurement by the due date and time listed above. Vendors are requested to visit AEPA's website at https://aepacoop.org/registration-solicitations/ for instructions on how to register at no cost with Euna Procurement. AEPA documents will be released on January 7, 2026. Note that Vendors must be able to provide their proposed products and services in up to 31 states. Region 16 ESC/TexBuy reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive formalities or irregularities in any bid. Region 16 ESC/TexBuy will consider the following in determining awards for these contracts: The Purchase Price-50%; The reputation of the vendor and of the vendors goods or services-15%; The quality of the vendors goods or services-10%; The extent to which the goods or services meet Region 16 ESC/TexBuy needs-15%; The vendors past relationship with Region 16ESC/TexBuy-1%; The impact on the ability of Region 16 ESC/TexBuy to comply with laws and rules related to historically underutilized businesses (HUB)-5%; The long term cost to Region 16 ESC/TexBuy and its members to acquire the vendors goods or services-4%.
