The nature of the matter to be considered is the subdivision of the property located at 23499 Columbus Road, also known as Block 33.03, Lot 1.01, so as to separate the current medical buildings and appurtenant improvements from the residential and farm related uses and improvements, including any variances and waivers that the plans may disclose, which property is located partially in the R-1 Zoning District and partially in the C-3 Zone District.
