Please take notice that Saurabh Kaura and Himanshu Kaura has/have filed an application with the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Hanover for relief from the provisions of the Violations of Article Number XIX Section Number 166-113.1 A Floor Area Ratio as well as any and all other violations of the Zoning Ordinance that may be required so as the permit the expansion of the existing single family home. The request if for a two-story addition with interior alteration work, expansion of the driveway and a paver patio in the rear yard. To do so the applicants are requesting a variance from the board of adjustment for a Floor Area Ratio Variance.on the premises located at 25 Mountain Ave, Cedar Knolls NJ known as Block 1306, Lot No. 8, on the Township Tax Map. Application Case # 1916 is now on the Secretary's Calendar, and a public hearing has been ordered for November 4, 2025 AT 6:30 P.M., prevailing time, at the Municipal Building, in the Main Meeting Room, 1000 Route 10 West and North Jefferson Road, Whippany, New Jersey at which time you may appear in person or by agent, or attorney and present any objection which you may have to granting this appeal.
