NOTICE of ADOPTION of ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE TOWN of OAKFIELD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 12, 2026, the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, adopted an Ordinance amending the Town of Oakfield Zoning Ordinance in the following areas: • Section 1: Section 17.3 A. was amended to expand language about permitted total area of accessory structures. • Section 2: Section 2.3 T. was created to clarify that an accessory structure may not be constructed until construction of the principal building has begun, unless approved through a special exception. • Section 3: Section 3.2 definition of "Dwelling, Multi-Family" was amended to include the establishment of multiple two-family dwellings on a single lot. All other provisions of the Town of Oakfield Zoning Ordinance remain in full force and effect. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this ordinance imposes forfeitures for violations of various provisions.
