NOTIFICATION OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Trustees of Purdue University will solicit and interview prospective CMc firms for the Armory First Floor Mechanical System Replacement and Classroom Renovations Project. The RFP process will consist of two stages. The first stage (RFP-A/B) will be a qualifications based review. From these responses, firms will be shortlisted to proceed to the next stage. The second stage (RFP-C) will consist of interviews. Purdue University intends to evaluate potential CMc's qualifications for the performance of all future phases of the Armory Mechanical System Replacement and reserves the right to award future phases based on the CMc's performance. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive RFP-A/B responses until 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 13th day of July, 2026.
