Natick Housing Authority Bathtub Cutouts ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.149 $50K to $150K The NATICK HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Tub Cuts at State Aided Development: Coolidge Gardens (667-5) in Natick, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by DAVID L KING ARCHITECTS. The Project consists of but not limited to: INSTALLING TUB CUTS AND GRAB BARS IN 41 BATHROOMS AT THE NATICK HOUSING AUTHORITY BUILDING AT 45 COTTAGE STREET The work is estimated to cost $110,000.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 12/10/2025 at 10:00AM EST for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
