NEUHAUSER aka GENEVA NEUHAUSER, aka GENEVA NEUHAUSER HOLLIS, Deceased. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KIM NEUHAUSER has filed with this Court on the 21st day of May, 2026, her PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, AND FULL AUTHORITY UNDER THE INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ACT; that the aforesaid Petition, will be brought before the above-entitled Court for hearing on the 15th day of June, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. of said day, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, at the courtroom of the above-entitled Court, in the City of Yerington, County of Lyon, State of Nevada, at which time and place all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be confirmed. The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the Personal Representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action.
