Nevada Community School District Board of Directors Minutes of Regular Meeting Monday, February 2, 2026 Gates Conference Room PRESENT: BOARD MEMBERS:Marty Chitty,Tom Maier,Leanne Harter,Emily Schaack,Carsrud arrived at 6:35 p.m. STAFF: Dr Steve Gray, ammy Ellis 1.Call to Order at 6:30 p.m. 2.Approval of Agenda-Motion to approve the agenda with additions by,Harter second by Schaack, Motion Carried 4-0 3.Public Comment–None 4.Information 4.1Policy Review: 101 – Educational Mission - Dr Gray presented the policy 101 Educational Mission for review, Carsrud suggested an edit, Dr Gray will update and bring back to the board. 5.Action Agenda 5.1SBRC Application for Woodward/Grandwood Administrative Costs - Motion by Maier to approve the SBRC Woodward/Grandwood Administration Costs as presented, second by Harter, Motion Carried 5-0 6.Consent Agenda Motion by,Schaack to approve the consent agenda as presented with additions, second by Harter to approve the consent agenda as presented.
