New Construction - Gulf Coast State College @ Port St Joe Campus White Construction is soliciting subcontractor bids for construction of a new ~12,000 sq.ft Multi-Purpose Building (Building F) for Gulf Coast State College at the Port St. Joe Campus. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, ICF, concrete, brick, structural steel, lt guage trusses, metal roof, waterproofing, flooring, doors & frames, storefront, framing & drywall, ACT, toilet accessories, window shades, canopies, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, audio/video, telecommunication, and fire alarm.
