New Day Intake Center - Revised NTB REVISED - Public Notice To Bid New Day Intake Center Project South Bend, Indiana Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for Bid Package #1 – Foundation and Site of the New Day Intake Center, located at: 4022 Old Cleveland Road, South Bend, Indiana 46628. This project is being funded in part with federal funds and is therefore subject to all applicable federal requirements. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, and requirements, including but not limited to the Davis-Bacon Act and Related Acts, Section 3 requirements, and all applicable labor standards laws and regulations.
