New Gym Bleachers

New Gym Bleachers Island City Academy, 6421 S. Clinton Trail, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827, will receive sealed bid proposals until 2:00 p.m. on February 18, 2026. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately following the deadline for submission for the following bid package: Bids must include the cost to remove and dispose of existing bleachers and then install new bleachers. Construction can begin during Summer Break, June 5, 2026 and be completed by September 6, 2026. Questions can be emailed to wawarren@islancity.org. Clinton Trail, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827. $15.00 check payable to Island City Academy. Bid proposals must be submitted in duplicate and in the following order: 1. Proposal Form 2. Non-Collusive Affidavit No bid(s) will be received after the deadline. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and further reserves the right to award each proposal separately and to evaluate any or all bids on factors including but not limited to low bid and to the best advantage of the Island City Academy.
