New Whiteland Commercial Project CSGP Public Notice Alt Construction (10650 Bennett Parkway, Suite 200, Zionsville, IN) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit discharge stormwater from construction activities/land-disturbing activities associated with New Whiteland Commercial development project located at 1111 N. US HWY 31, New Whiteland, Indiana 46184. Runoff from the project site will ultimately discharge to an offsite detention pond.
