Newspaper Notice Take Notice that an application for a Flood Hazard Area Verification (Method 2 – FEMA Tidal) and Individual Flood Hazard Area Permit has been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Resource Protection (NJDEP DLRP) for the development described below. APPLICANT: New York Football Giants, Inc. PROJECT NAME: Giants Training Facility Expansion PROJECT ADDRESS: 1925 Giants Drive BLOCKS AND LOTS: Block 107.01, Lot 1 MUNICIPALITY: Borough of East Rutherford COUNTY: Bergen PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed redevelopment activities include expanding the footprint of an existing training-center building by approximately 45,775 square feet, and reconfiguring parking, utilities, and stormwater design onsite to accommodate for the building expansion. Project activities within the tidal flood hazard area of Berry's Creek will require authorization from NJDEP DLRP under a Flood Hazard Area Verification and Individual Flood Hazard Area Permit, pursuant to the Flood Hazard Area Control Act Rules at N.J.A.C. 7:13. A complete copy of the application package is available to be reviewed at either the municipal clerk's office in the municipality subject to this application, or by appointment at the Department's Trenton Office.
