Newspaper Notice TAKE NOTICE that an application for authorization under a NJDEP Flood Hazard Area Individual Permit under a Hardship Waiver (installation of conduit within 10 feet of the top of bank of a regulated water under N.J.A.C. 7:13-12.8 Requirements for a Utility Line) has been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Resource Protection for the development described below.
