Newtown Non-Uniformed Pension Plan Ordinance NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Newtown Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, to be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the Newtown Township Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Newtown, PA 18940, at 7:00 PM, the Board of Supervisors will consider, and if appropriate enact, an ordinance, the title and a summary of which are as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP NON-UNIFORMED EMPLOYEES' PENSION PLAN TO AMEND PROVISIONS OF THE DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN PROVIDED TO CERTAIN NON-UNIFORMED EMPLOYEES OF NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP; REPEALING ALL INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES OR PARTS THEREOF; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE The proposed ordinance amends the non-uniformed employees' pension plan to comply with provisions set forth in the most recent collective bargaining agreement between the Township and its non-uniformed employees, including but not limited to amending provisions of the defined contribution plan provided to certain non-uniformed employees of the Township.
