The Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, November 13, 2025 in Room 212 of the Town Office at 6:30 PM on the following Conditional Use Permit Request:
Applicant: North Berwick Food Pantry

Request: Conditional Use Permit for a non-profit business use with appointment-based services up to three days per week. The property is located in the Residential 1 Zoning District.
Pursuant to the Town of North Berwick Zoning Ordinance, Article 6.9.6 The Planning Board shall review factors that are applicable to conditional uses.
Copies of the proposed conditional use application and complete submittal can be viewed at the Code Enforcement Office during regularly scheduled office hours.
