Northwest Tri-County IU5- Elevator Replacement Northwest Tri-County IU5 will receive sealed bids for the Elevator Replacement project at the offices of Northwest Tri-County IU5, 252 Waterford Street, Edinboro PA, 16412 until 12:00 PM local prevailing time, Thursday, July 30th, 2026. At that time, the bids will be opened publicly and read out loud. A stipulated sum bid will be required for the following contract: 14 20 00 – ELEVATOR. Bids shall be submitted in duplicate and mailed or delivered in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked on the face of the envelope the words "Northwest Tri-County IU5 - Elevator Replacement". If the bid is mailed, the envelope containing the bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the words "Sealed Bid enclosed for (Northwest Tri-County IU5- Elevator Replacement)" endorsed on the face thereof. The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry has issued a Prevailing Wage Determination for this project which must be complied with. Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained via an FTP site (Newforma Info Exchange) by request to Weber Murphy Fox.
