Notice is hereby served upon you that an application for development (Application #P-08-25) for the premises in a C2 Zone and located at 1056-1060 Magnolia Avenue, Elizabeth, NJ has been submitted by Safrar Builders, LLC, Owner, which involves the sub-division of the property into two (2) lots and construction of two (2) new 2-family homes and requires the granting of bulk variances as follows pursuant to Section C.40:55d-70C and for such other variances, waivers or relief the Board shall deem necessary and appropriate:

The City of Elizabeth Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on this matter on January 15, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., in City Hall, Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, 50 Winfield Scott Plaza, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07201. Any person affected by this application will have an opportunity to present any objections you may have to the proposed development. The Board, does, however, have the right to exclude repetitious testimony.
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the Office of the Board, Division of Zoning and Land Use Control, 50 Winfield Scott Plaza, 4th Fl, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07201.
