Notice Initiation of the Section 106 Process Tillman Infrastructure proposes to construct a 270' self support telecommunications tower and associated compound at 16121 US Hwy 277, San Angelo, TX 76905 (Lat/Long: N 31 40 17.72, W 100 19 34.67). At least a 30' buffer beyond the proposed 100' x 100' lease area, along with a 30' wide access/utility/fiber easement, was reviewed. Tillman Infrastructure seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
