Notice Inviting Bids - ITB 26-17 Dairy Products NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stockton Unified School District of Joaquin County, State of California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereafter referred to, as the District, will receive sealed proposals per the due date listed below for: ITB 26-17 Dairy Products All bids shall be made on the digital bid proposal form furnished by the District, unless otherwise indicated in the ITB documents. Bidders who wish to attain a copy of the bid for the purpose of preparing and submitting a proposal may do so by checking the Districts e-Procurement site: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/stocktonusd. Bids must conform and be responsive to the ITB Documents. Please submit electronic responses via the District's e-Procurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/stocktonusd. By way of the e-Procurement Portal, responses will be locked and digitally encrypted until the submission deadline passes. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 60 days after the date set for the opening of bids. Bids submitted by any other method, including but not limited to hand delivery, mail, courier service, facsimile (fax), or email, will not be accepted or considered for award. Local and minority bidders are specifically encouraged. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept or reject any item, to withdraw a line item or entire ITB, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding. The District may award any, all or none of this ITB. Any resultant award by the Board of Education will be by Section to the lowest responsible bidders in accordance with PCC 20118.1. This ITB is subject to the provisions of Education Code Section 45125.1. Bidder's employees are required to submit fingerprints to the Department of Justice where an employee may come into contact with students at any school site. All questions or request for clarification are to be submitted via the e-Procurement Portal's Question and Answer tab. If a bidder discovers any ambiguity such as a conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other error in the ITB, the proposer shall immediately notify the District in writing.
