NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lewisboro will host a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., 79 Bouton Road, South Salem, New York, Justice Court.

Application of Vito DiMatteo, [DiMatteo, Vito & Monica, owners of record], 5 Bluestone Ln, South Salem, NY for the following variances of the proposed two-story Garage with mezzanine above 2,513 sq ft whereas 600 sq ft is the maximum permitted per Article IV Section 220- 23D (11) of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a 1,913 sq ft variance; the application is proposing a two-story Garage with a height of 24'-4" whereas 20'-0" is the maximum height permitted per Section 220-2B of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a 4'-4" height variance; the applicant is proposing a one-story 200 s.f. storage building has a 16'-1" side yard setback whereas 50' are required in R-4A zone as per Article IV Section 220- 12 schedule of dimensional and bulk requirements for residential districts of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a 33'-9' ft variance.
The property is located on the south side of (5) Bluestone Ln, South Salem, NY designated on the Tax Map as Sheet 40, Block 10552 Lot 3, in an R-4A, Four Acre Residential District consisting of approximately 3.16 acres.
