Notice Probate of Will of Lois Gilpen To Cody Gilpen whose last known address is 4995 Jester Hill Rd., Bainbridge, OH 45612, Cary Gilpen Jr., Wendy Gilpen, and Rhoda Gilpen whose last known address is 352 Watt St., Circleville, OH 4311, and all other unknown interested parties, you are hereby notified that the last will and testament of Lois Gilpen, who died on June 4, 2023, was admitted to Probate with the Ross County, Ohio Probate Court on January 13, 2025. This action has been assigned Probate Case Number 2025E0008 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division of Ross County, Ohio located at 2 N. Paint Street, Chillicothe, Ohio. This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in this will who do not waive notice. You are receiving this notice as a person who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate. Any action to contest the validity of this will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002. After four months from the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three successive weeks. The last publication will be made on October 22, 2025, and the three month time period to contest shall begin after that date. Further, an inventory for the herein described estate was filed on May 8, 2025. You are hereby notified that a hearing on the inventory shall be held on the 10th day of November 2025 at 8:00 A.M..
