Notice In accordance with NH RSA 7:19-a, notice is hereby given of a pecuniary benefit transaction between Wentworth-Douglass Hospital ("WDH"), a NH nonprofit corporation, and the New Hampshire Bankers Association. The transaction is described as follows: James Brannen is a Board Member of the New Hampshire Bankers Association. In FY2024 WDH paid the New Hampshire Bankers Association $120,600. The transaction was approved by a vote of the disinterested members of the WDH Board of Trustees at a meeting held on 9/2/2025. In accordance with NH RSA 7:19-a, notice is hereby given of a pecuniary benefit transaction between WDH, a NH nonprofit corporation and the Dover Chamber of Commerce. The transaction is described as follows: Darin Roark is a Member of the Dover Chamber of Commerce. In FY2024 WDH paid the Dover Chamber of Commerce $8,020 for dues and sponsorships. The transaction was approved by a vote of the disinterested members of the WDH Board of Trustees at a meeting held on 9/2/2025. In accordance with NH RSA 7:19-a, notice is hereby given of a pecuniary benefit transaction between WDH, a NH nonprofit corporation and the University of New Hampshire. The transaction is described as follows: Anne Jamieson is an employee of the University of New Hampshire. In FY2024 WDH paid the University of New Hampshire $2,250. The transaction was approved by a vote of the disinterested members of the WDH Board of Trustees at a meeting held on 9/2/2025. In accordance with NH RSA 7:19-a, notice is hereby given of a pecuniary benefit transaction between WDH, a NH nonprofit corporation and Bill Dube Ford Toyota. The transaction is described as follows: Deborah Dube Reed is a Board member, employee and equity owner of Bill Dube Ford Toyota. In FY 2024, WDH paid to Bill Dube Ford Toyota $13,273. The transaction was approved by a vote of the disinterested members of the WDH Board of Trustees at a meeting held on 9/2/2025. In accordance with NH RSA 7:19-a, notice is hereby given of a pecuniary benefit transaction between WDH, a NH nonprofit corporation and Radiation Oncology Associates. The transaction is described as follows: Arul Mahadevan, MD is an employee of Radiation Oncology Associates. (ROA). WDH contracts with ROA for the provision of radiation oncology services and Arul Mahadevan, MD is the Medical Director for radiation oncology at WDH. In FY2024 WDH paid ROA $82,800. The transaction was approved by a vote of the disinterested members of the WDH Board of Trustees at a meeting held on 9/2/2025. In accordance with NH RSA 7:19-a, notice is hereby given of a pecuniary benefit transaction between WDH, a NH nonprofit corporation and New England LifeCare. The transaction is described as follows: Vincent McDermott is on the Board of New England LifeCare. In FY2024 WDH paid New England LifeCare $15,718.
