Notice The Board of Directors of Arthur State Bank, Union, South Carolina desire to establish a branch of Arthur State Bank to be located at 930 North Main Street, Fountain Inn, South Carolina. The branch will be a full-service facility. An application has been filed with the FDIC and South Carolina Board of Financial Institutions. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the FDIC at its regional office located at 10 Tenth Street, NE, Suite 800, Atlanta, Georgia 30309. Comments by interested parties must be received by the appropriate Regional Director within fifteen (15) days after the last date of this newspaper publication.
