Notice Please take notice that the Borough of Stratford JLUB will hold a hearing on the application of Mr. & Mrs. Subramanya, 44 Saratoga Road on June 25, 2026 at 6:30 pm at the Public Safety Facility, 315 Union Avenue, Stratford, NJ. The subject property is known as 44 Saratoga Road, Block 87.01, Lot 30 on the Stratford Tax Maps. The applicant is proposing to construct a Florida Room Addition. This notice will serve for any and all variances and/or waivers required to satisfy this application. Interested persons may attend this meeting to be heard. Any member of the public who wishes to submit a public comment at this meeting will be provided the ability to do so during specific portions of the meeting. The application can be viewed at the Borough Hall during normal business hours. All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public and are on file at the Borough Hall located at 307 Union Ave., Stratford, NJ 08084, at least ten days before the date of hearing.
