Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Mt. Pleasant on Monday Evening July 20, 2026 at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, at Town Hall located at One Tall Hall Plaza, Valhalla NY for the application of James Coleman Architecture Studio (Applicant) for Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture (Owner) of premises located at 630 Bedford Rd, Sleepy Hollow, NY seeking approval of Site Plan Application #PSP-26-2 for the proposed renovation of and an addition to an existing 1930s building post fire. The addition and renovation includes creating a new loading zone. The subject parcel is in the R-40 Zoning District and is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 89/111.14-1-1. At this hearing, all interested persons whether in favor or in opposition will have the opportunity to be heard.
