PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That the undersigned has filed an appeal or application for development with the Planning Board of the Borough of North Haledon, for a variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit:
Installation of 16' x 36' inground swimming pool – 14' from side yard where 20' is required and 14' from rear yard where 20' is required.
On the premises of
(address) 49 Louise Place, North Haledon, NJ 07508
and designated as Lot 27.09 Block 30 on the Borough Tax Map, and this notice is sent to you as an owner of property in the immediate vicinity.
A public hearing has been set down for July 23, 2026, 7:30 p.m., in the Municipal Building, 103 Overlook Avenue, North Haledon, NJ and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney and present any abjections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought I the petition.
Maps and papers are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and are available for inspections.
