Stephenson St, second floor, Freeport, IL 61032 until 9:00 AM on Friday, October 3rd, 2025 at which time the received bids will be opened and read publicly. Bids must be submitted on the bid form provided in the City's bid specification document. Bids shall be contained in a sealed envelope with the words "SEALED BID DEMOLITION SERVICES CD-014-2025" marked prominently on the outside.
