Notice To Bidders Notice is hereby given that the Bella Vista Elementary School District will receive sealed bids prior to the date and time stated for the bid opening for the award of a contract to construct the 2026 Roofing Project, Bella Vista Elementary School, 22661 Old Alturas Rd, Bella Vista, CA as per the Contract Documents, including the drawings and specifications, which may now be obtained electronically by visiting this link: https://colbisecurebids.com/o/bvesd/2026-Roofing or by emailing Liz Giles, Senior PM at Liz@DAGK12.com. This Contract is not subject to prequalification pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6. Public works projects shall be subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. The Contract Time shall be one hundred twenty-one (121) calendar days, and liquidated damages for delay shall accrue. The District will only receive electronic bids submitted through https://colbisecurebids.com/o/bvesd/2026-Roofing no later than January 06, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The SecureBids system timestamp shall govern the official time of receipt. Bids that are incomplete, in "draft" status, pending upload, or received after the bid deadline—regardless of the time they were initiated—will not be accepted by the District. Facsimile (FAX), e-mail, or other electronic copies of the proposal will not be accepted.
