Sifferath Living Trust dated October 12, 2001, as Amended and Restated NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors of the Trust or Decedent that: 1. Warren N. Sifferath died on or about August 11, 2024. Warren N. Sifferath was the Settlor and Trustee of the Trust. The trust is now irrevocable. 2. Sharee R. Sifferath is now serving as Trustee of the Trust. 3. All persons having claims against the Trust or Warren N. Sifferath are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims will be forever barred. 4.
