Notice – VA Outpatient Clinic, Burlington, VT Notice – VA Outpatient Clinic, Burlington, VT NOTICE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information to inform consultation in accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended. VA is proposing to lease a property in the Burlington, Vermont area to execute a build-to-suit lease for a new outpatient clinic. VA is considering two parcels: 1) at 88 Technology Park Way, South Burlington, and 2) at 2822 Saint George Road, in Williston. VA will only move forward with the build-to-suit lease on one property. If you have any information about historic properties or archaeological sites in the vicinity of these parcels, or if you would like to comment on the potential effects of VA moving forward with the build-to-suit lease on either property, please contact VA Deputy Federal Preservation Officer Alec Bennett at alec.bennett@va.gov.
