TO: The Garry P. Pierce and Toni L. Pierce Revocable Trust, dated July 15, 2005 and Garry P. Pierce, Toni L. Pierce, Patrick Michael Pierce And Matthew Phillip Pierce, both as trustees of the trust and individually, if living, or if deceased, their heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, assigns and successors, immediate and remote, known and unknown.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Osage County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CV-26-36, wherein The Garry P. Pierce and Toni L. Pierce Revocable Trust, dated July 15, 2005 and Garry P. Pierce, Toni L. Pierce, Patrick Michael Pierce And Matthew Phillip Pierce, both as trustees of the trust and individually, if living, or if deceased, their heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, assigns and successors, immediate and remote, known and unknown, are Defendants, and unless you answer the Petition of Plaintiff filed against you on or before the 18th day of June, 2026, the allegations of the Petition of Plaintiff will be taken as true and judgment rendered as prayed for, and the above named Defendants' interest in and to the following described real property located in Osage County, Oklahoma, will be foreclosed and quieted in Plaintiff:
A part of Lot 63, SEVEN LAKES a Subdivision in Osage County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 63, SEVEN LAKES, Thence N 32°13'42" E a distance of 256.86 feet, Thence S 79°23'37" E a distance of 281.32 feet, Thence S 26°08'55" W a distance of 362.56 feet, Thence N 57°46'18" W a distance of 299.92 feet to the Point of Beginning.
