Winstead, Administrator of the Succession of Lawrence Cinquemani is applying for authority to sell at private sale, on terms of One Hundred Seventy-five Thousand and No/100 ($175,000.00) Dollars cash, the immovable property owned by the Succession of Lawrence Cinquemani described below: A certain piece, parcel, or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lot 10 of Turner Square Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, pages 57 thru 59, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
