Notice for Sale of Immoveable Property Notice is hereby given that MICHELE RENE' HULIN, acting in her capacity as the Testamentary Executrix of the SUCCESSION OF DENISE ANN ANDERSON, has filed a Petitioner for Authority for Private Sale of Immoveable Property on behalf of the SUCCESSION OF DENISE ANN ANDERSON to sale the following ¼ interest in the below described immovable property: TRACT 1: 1900 Rapides Avenue Alexandria, LA 71301 A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with al buildings and improvements located thereon and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in the City of Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to wit: Begin at a point on the North side of Rapides Avenue where it intersects the West side of North 18th Street, thence run out Rapides Avenue in a Westerly direction A distance of 89.72 feet, from those two points, thence extend back toward Bayou Rapides along parallel lines, one of which is North 18th street, a distance of 117 feet.
