Notice of 2026 Spring Election - Board of Education HORTONVILLE AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an election will be held in the Hortonville Area School District on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, for three (3) seats on the Board. Candidates must reside in the municipality to be represented. The following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed: Town of Center – Aaron Tomlinson Town of Ellington – Andrea Marcks-Ziegler Village of Greenville – Brett Eidahl The term of office for school board members is three years beginning Monday, April 27, 2026 and ending April 20, 2029. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that a Campaign Registration Statement, Nomination Paper for Nonpartisan Office, and a Declaration of Candidacy, must be filed no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, in the District Administrative Office. The office is located at 246 N. Olk Street Hortonville WI 54944, Door #9 with office hours from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2025. Papers are available in the District Administrative Office at the address listed above during regular office hours except for these dates when the offices are closed because of the holiday season, December 22, 2025 – January 2, 2026. Papers are also available on the HASD website, www.hasd.org under Board of Education. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that, if necessary, the primary will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
