This action has been commenced and is pending to foreclose a mortgage and recover possession of certain lands and premises, as follows: The mortgage being foreclosed is dated November 18, 2009, and made by Teodonio R. Rivera, as Mortgagor, to Generation Mortgage Company, which mortgage was recorded on December 8, 2009 in Camden County, in Book 09146 of Mortgages for said County on Page 1933 et seq. The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 952 North 35th Street, Camden, NJ 08105, and also known as Lot 51 in Block 944.
