CORBY, DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELIN M. COMMENCING AT THE NE CORNER OF LOT 19, BLOCK F, OF LAKE CHARLENE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 AT PAGE 53-A THRU 53-D; THENCE S 89º 13' 08" E ALONG THE SOUTH R/W LINE OF LAKE JOANNE DRIVE (80'R/W) FOR 373.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SANE COURSE FOR 33.65 FEET; THENCE S 00° 57' 23" E K FOR 157.27 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF CORRYDALE SUBDIVISION; THENCE N 89° 16' 46"W ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY LINE FOR 33.65 FEET; THENCE N 00° 57' 23W FOR 157.31 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING. ALL LYING AND BEING IN ESCAMBIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
